error:  certificates, pytorch, macos at jlab

Might be specific to JLab apples.  Symptoms are x509 certificate failure when loading pytorch(?) libraries at runtime.  Different than the usual jlab cert installation in $JAVA_HOME (resolved by running `keytool`).  Might resolve itself after one run from offsite.
