Custom URL for services

Hi,

When we update spark configuration, like spark.master: local only, custom URL continue to contain default spark properties (tried with Jupyter pyspark).

When I fill the following Spark configuration:

Produced URL is this one.

Copy/past it in your browser, you will obtain "launch" disabled and default Spark configuration instead of the one I provided.

I can't reproduce..
