Evaptrans file for ParFlow

Evaptrans file should be an option and not a requirement.
With commit 80d4acb, the test case expects an evaptrans file for ParFlow.
I created a branch that removes this commit (branch no-evaptrans-file) to be able to work with the CI-workflow.

Thanks for pointing this out. You are correct - this bug was introduced in the commit you referenced. It should now be fixed in commit ebd87a5.
