Brief description
An improvement or enhancement, it would be very helpful for Uruguayan users if DynAdjust had support for the reference frames commonly used in Uruguay:
YACARE (ROUUSAMS) (4309);
SIRGAS-ROU98 geocentric (5379):
SIRGAS-ROU98 geodetic 3D (53819):
SIRGAS-ROU98 / UTM zone 21S (5382)
SIRGAS-ROU98 / UTM zone 22S (53837)
SIRGAS 1995 (4974).

However, it was noted that the EPSG parameters are incorrect in the ROU98 versions. Those must be with the GRS80 ellipsoid and not the WGS one.
That issue was reported to EPSG some time ago, but never changed.
The seven parameters of the transformation of SIRGAS-ROU98 and Yacaré (ROUUSAMS) datum are
Delta X -124. 455 m
Celta Y +183, 741 m
Delta Z + 44,645 m
Rot X -0,4384
Rot Y +0,5446
Rot Y -0,9706
Scale -2,1365 ppm
SIRGAS-ROU98 adjustment is based on SIRGAS95 coordinates epoch 1995.5 (ITRF94)
