Describe the bug

Using any tool or the super pickaxe causes the server thread to hang completely and crash

To Reproduce

1. Compile and run the latest version of FAWE Folia (782460c)
2. Take any item to your hand
3. Type /tool repl stone or /sp area 3
4. Use this item (right or left click)
5. Server crashed

Expected behaviour

Tools and super pickaxe should work without crashing the server
