Event processing stops working #8906
Description
We migrated the database from HQ3 to FB5 and encountered an issue where, after some time (15 mins - 6 hours), events via post_event stop arriving. RemoteAuxPort = 3051 is explicitly set in firebird.conf. Firebird server version is 5.0.3.1683. The OS is Windows Server 2019 Standard. Firewall rules for this port are configured. The fbclient.dll versions are 3 and 5. I also noticed that stopping the service hangs when the process has almost freed up all memory—i.e., less than 1GB remains. In the running state, the process consumes over 150GB of memory.
