CP2K perfrmance test fails to run on Archer2

CP2K test doesn’t submit a job correctly (possibly related to a version change in Reframe).

This seems to be due to an hack in the module on Archer2, which uses print statments as a way to run bash commands.
The test also seemed to hang on Cirrus, so not sure the benchmark is still appopriate/working, as it has not been updated in a long while. I let @aproeme know, as he is code contact for cp2k.
