Устав советского кодекса поведения

Принят единогласно. Воздержавшихся нет.

Статья I. Партийная вежливость

Все участники обязаны соблюдать товарищескую вежливость. Конструктивная критика приветствуется и поощряется (Article 5 of IDEOLOGY.md — критика и самокритика). Деструктивные нападки — антипартийное поведение.

Примеры приемлемого поведения:

  • Технические возражения с обоснованием
  • Самокритика собственного кода
  • Рационализаторские предложения с доказательной базой
  • Помощь новым товарищам

Статья II. Недопустимое поведение

Статья III. Обращения

Нарушения сообщайте через:

  • GitHub Issues (для публичных случаев)
  • GitHub Issues (all reports handled via public or private issues)

Все обращения рассматриваются в течение 72 часов.

Enforcement (Contributor Covenant)

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.

Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing standards of acceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

Community leaders have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, and will communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.

Enforcement Guidelines:

  1. Correction — Private written warning. Public apology may be requested.
  2. Warning — Warning with consequences for continued behavior. No interaction for a specified period.
  3. Temporary Ban — Temporary ban from any sort of interaction or public communication.
  4. Permanent Ban — Permanent ban from any sort of public interaction within the community.

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the community leaders responsible for enforcement. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. All community leaders are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.
