Extremely rare titles were found with D3D8I library:

As far as we know, D3D8I library is used for profiling. It is not used for retail titles since Microsoft doesn't approve them for shipping. Very few certain chihiro titles has it and likely needed to able work with HLE for Cxbx-Reloaded.
At this time, title compiled with D3D8I are found with 5849.
