Document Mapbox Layer Push workflow

We've created the possibility to push data through Windmill to Mapbox, to be able to keep layers updated.

Document this use.

Make sure you mention:

• token usage
• create or update
• example usecases

Remember also to mention to wait between requests, as there is a limit on how many requests per minute can be done.
