End-to-end demo script + `make demo`

Context

make demo runs the scripted M4 anchor scenario: induce fault → detect → correlate → heal → report. Parent: #46.

Acceptance Criteria

• make demo completes without manual intervention on a clean make up stack
• Demo scenario triggers at least one cross-domain correlated incident (M4 anchor)
• Script prints pass/fail for each stage: sense, model, correlate, act, verify
• Demo completes end-to-end in under 10 minutes
