Feature Request: badgr.io support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Beside credly I would like to add a badgr.io link with my certificates which are not send to credly.

Describe the solution you'd like
A checkmark to activate a field to enter a badgr.io url.

Additional context
I am ovhcloud certified but they send the certificates only to badgr.io and not to credly. I would like to have them here too.

We are currently working on integrating Microsoft certifications. Once that is done, we can work on integrating other certification providers. Thank you for your suggestion!
