Loading bar does not deactivate after process failure

Describe the bug
After a syntax error, the loading bar continues to keep showing the loading

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run any design with a wrong syntax
2. Click on 'Run'
3. See error message in the console
4. See progress bar still active

Expected behavior
On encountering a syntax error, the progress bar should revert to 0 and show a snack bar notification showing that the compilation failed.
