feat(?): 📝Rewrite frontend content

[1] Bug Description
When I go to the website home page it still says "Build Teams" which is not conducive to the way BTE works, it's very confusing. All over the website it's called Build Teams which isn't what BTE calls it anymore since Solo building was scrapped 2 years ago. The vote had the result to leave "Build Team" and not replace it with other names as of right now.

All other content should still getting a refresher and be rewritten to better fit the current project description and a more unified language.

It should show "Regions" everywhere.

otherwise it will not make any sense to rename just a single part while keeping everything else as it was 5 years ago.
