Allow custom upvote messages

How is it formatted? Can it still use superb somehow? Where will the user get mentioned? Should they get mentioned??

I'm dropping this, I don't know how to make this possible while including superb words, the mentioned user and points. Maybe in a future update this might be included.

This might still be possible with the dashboard, however superb words, the mentioned user and points cannot be moved. The idea:

Superb, @User put the cat out of the bag during a voting multiplier! Points: 1
