[BUG] - explorer.exe desktop interface aren’t working sometimes, aren't working (black screen and the mouse cursor) sometimes, consumes excessive CPU sometimes.

Description

I had Atlas 0.5.0 installed on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 x64, and I updated it to the latest version, Atlas 0.5.0-hotfix.

Some features of Explorer (explorer.exe desktop interface) aren’t working sometimes. For example, I can’t type in the Start menu search box.

Rarely, when I start the computer and log in, I see a black screen and the mouse cursor. Explorer isn’t running. It resolves when I log out and log back in using Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

Sometimes, Explorer consumes excessive resources (CPU), causing the PC to slow down.

Some features of File Explorer aren’t working sometimes. For example, I can’t type in the Start menu search box.

• kingston 2666MHz (~3.2GHz, but I'm running it at 2666MHz) 2x8GB kit (16GB)
• kioxia 256GB ssd (not nvme, standard, cheap SSD)
• gigabyte ultra durable z170-hd3 v1.0 motherboard
• orjinal bios v12 (not non-k)
• MSI nvidia geforce gtx 1050 2GB 128bit
• very old sihit (sorry)

I have not experienced this on any of my devices, can you try reinstalling and using one of the 0.5.1 Release Canidates or just using the 0.5.0 hotfix?
