The overlay buttons do not appear within the Ribbon: Its height doubles to accommodate the overlay buttons.

Describe the bug
The overlay buttons do not appear within the Ribbon.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Toggle the layout mode
2. Check the Ribbon's overlay buttons. They appear below the Ribbon.
   The height of the Ribbon doubles to accommodate the buttons.

Expected behavior
The overlay buttons should appear within the height of the Ribbon, as shown in the screenshot below.

Is this still happening? I've never noticed from my side In the latest develop version.

FYI:
I've further simplified the overlay settings. Now just enable overlay in FreeCAD's preferences. The only setting that remain in the Ribbon preferences whether you want to trigger overlay for the Ribbon on startup:
